Q: Is this donation tax deductible?

Yes. Prospect Park Alliance is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.

Q: Can I donate to the Alliance through a Donor-Advised Fund?

To give from a Donor-Advised Fund, please direct your DAF provider to make a gift to Prospect Park Alliance, EIN #11-2843763. Please include your name in the memo or reference. Email donate@prospectpark.org with "DAF Contribution" or call (718) 965-8946 for help with this process.

Q: Can I make a Qualified Charitable Distribution to the Alliance through my IRA?

Donors 70.5 and older with traditional IRAs are eligible to benefit from an IRA gift. Please check with your tax professional on your specific tax situation.
